Instrumental Lessons

1:1 and group tuition

We offer a range of 1:1 or small group peripatetic music lessons at St Mary's, taught by visiting instrumental tutors.

Whole class lessons

In Year 3, all children spend a year learning Ukulele. Instruments are provided, though many children choose to bring their own. This helps them to learn the basics of musical notation, and introduces them to learning an instrument. Many children go on to learn guitar or another instrument of their choice.
